Integrity of Care and Professionalism
Every employee at Lincoln Home brings dedication and love to their work. These are the cornerstones of our care-giving values.
Millie Jones Farnham, RN, Director of Nursing
Steve Raymond, Director of Admissions and Community Outreach
There are many reasons I love working with The Lincoln Home as Director of Admissions and Community Outreach. We have an excellent management team to collaborate on resident and home care client issues and problem-solving. I love working with our elders, helping with the complexities of aging, meeting with families, and finding ways to make life easier and more enjoyable. The “Community Outreach” part of my job is very satisfying. We provide valuable community education on issues affecting Maine seniors through our LCTV television show, “Spotlight on Seniors.”
Claudine McNamara, LPN, Nurse Manager, Harbor View Cottage
Roxanne Andrews, One2One Home Care Manager
I enjoy what I do because I know in-home services make a big difference when people need an extra hand. Whatever the reason you need personal services in your home, know that you will be receiving individualized attention and exceptional service from a hand-selected provider.
The Lincoln Home and Harbor View Cottage staff work collaboratively to develop a personal plan of care with each individual, their family, and physicians to promote independence and to meet the identified needs of care-giving.
Together, as a team, we pride ourselves in the care we give our residents, but what really sets us apart is our “level of caring.” We go above and beyond. We make a difference.
