We are passionate about helping seniors stay safely at home.

Our home care providers are thorough, highly trained, and vastly experienced. We work with you to identify your needs and how best to meet them, creating a detailed service plan to support your quality of life in the best way possible.

IT MAY FEEL A LITTLE STRANGE AT FIRST TO RECEIVE CARE IN YOUR HOME

We know you need confidence and a sense of security.  So do we.  That’s why we hand-select our home care providers.  Only the most experienced, trustworthy folks are chosen to become part of the Lincoln Home’s One2One Home Care team.

Our caregivers are simply the best.

That’s because they are:

Selectively screened and hired based upon strong personal values, professional skills, broad care-giving experience, positive references, and a successful background check.

Personally trained by us, or formally trained as personal assistants (PSS) or certified nursing assistants (CNA).  No matter your needs, they know how to help and you can rest assured you are in safe hands.

Covered by liability and worker’s comp insurance (so you don’t have to be).  Believe it or not, this piece is pretty essential for your peace of mind.  Sometimes things can go wrong and you shouldn’t have to worry about that.

Required to maintain CPR and CNA certifications.

No matter your circumstances, you’ve far less to worry about when you’re in the care of a One2One care provider.

Long Term Care Insurance

One2One Care assistance covers a wide range of non-medical services also called activities of daily living (ADL’s,) including homemaking, companionship, meal preparation and medication reminders. Other services include personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming. A “Safety and Med Check-in” daily phone call offers a consistent reminder for medication and reassurance for a senior living alone. The need for assistance with these activities is used as a measure to access Long Term Care Insurance benefits. One2One staff can assist clients to access their Long-Term Care Insurance and help with the paperwork process for reimbursement.
